Good work needs a customer journey that is as considered as the service itself. These are the foundations we are using to shape Zome.

Choose the right moment

Ask after the job is complete and the customer understands what was done. A request tied to a real service experience feels more natural than a generic campaign sent without context.

Invite everyone eligible

Make the request neutral and consistent. Do not ask only customers you expect to be happy or steer unhappy customers away from public feedback. The value comes from honest responses.

Keep the message short

Say thank you, identify the work, and provide a straightforward link to leave feedback. Avoid promising a reward for a positive rating or writing a review on the customer's behalf.

Listen and act

Positive feedback shows what to keep doing. Critical feedback may reveal a service issue worth fixing. Respond respectfully and protect the customer's private information.
