Good work needs a customer journey that is as considered as the service itself. These are the foundations we are using to shape Zome.

Start with the exact service

Name the job in the words customers use. Explain what is included, when someone should call, and what happens after they do. A general promise to do everything is less useful than a clear description of the work.

Show the people and the work

Use real project photos, team details, qualifications where relevant, and a plain explanation of your process. If a photograph is illustrative, say so. Do not substitute invented customer praise for proof.

Make the service area clear

List the places you can realistically serve. If availability changes by job type or urgency, explain that. A customer should not need to submit an inquiry to discover you do not work in their area.

Give a useful next step

A repair question, a quote request, and a planned installation may need different intake details. Ask only what helps your team respond well, then make it clear how and when you will follow up.

Zome is in development. This guide shares practical principles, not a promise of performance or a description of software already available.
