Jobber is field service software: quoting, scheduling, invoicing and payments for home service crews. Its pricing has four plans and three paid add-ons, and the price you pay depends on how you commit. This guide lays it out in one place.

Jobber's plans

Jobber shows three prices for each plan: no commitment, a one-year commitment billed monthly, and billed annually (prepaid).

PlanNo commitment1-year commitment, billed monthlyBilled annuallyUsers included
Core$49/mo$39/mo$29/mo1
Connect$139/mo$119/mo$99/mo1
Grow$199/mo$169/mo$149/mo1
Plus$499/mo$439/mo$399/mo5, 10 or 15, by tier

Extra users cost $29 a month each. The Plus price shown above is the starting tier; it rises with the number of users.

How the commitment options work

  • No commitment: cancel any time.
  • 1-year commitment: a 12-month minimum. If you cancel, the plan stays active until the term ends.
  • Billed annually: prepaid, and not refunded if you cancel early.

The annual price is the lowest, but you pay for the year up front. If you are still deciding whether the software fits your crew, the no-commitment price is the one to compare.

The add-ons

Add-onPriceWhat it is
Marketing Suite$99/moA marketing plan, dashboard, email campaigns, social and Google posting, job showcases, referrals and reviews
Receptionist (Jobber AI)$29/mo for 30 conversations, then $0.79 eachAnswers calls and texts, answers questions, creates requests, books, cancels and reschedules appointments. Unlimited on Plus
Pipeline$49/moSales pipeline tools

Jobber says its website and Google Business Profile optimization are included with every plan at no extra cost.

The Receptionist needs a Jobber dedicated phone number, available in the US, Canada and the UK. If you keep your existing number, Jobber says you can forward calls to your Jobber number so the Receptionist can handle them.

Payment fees

Payment typeJobber's rate
Credit card2.9% + 30¢
Tap to Pay2.7% + 30¢
Bank payment (ACH)1%
Instant payoutan extra 1%

On a $1,200 water heater paid by card, the card fee is $35.10. Paid by bank transfer, it is $12.

What a typical setup costs each month

Most owners don't stop at the base plan. Here are three common setups at no-commitment prices, for one user:

SetupMonthly cost
Core only$49
Connect + Marketing Suite + Receptionist$139 + $99 + $29 = $267
Grow + Marketing Suite + Receptionist$199 + $99 + $29 = $327

Add $29 for each extra user, and $0.79 for each Receptionist conversation past 30 in a month. A busy shop with 80 conversations a month would add 50 × $0.79 = $39.50.

Questions to ask before you sign

  1. Which plan has the features you actually use every week? Tiers are where costs creep up.
  2. How many people need their own login, and what does each add?
  3. How many calls and texts will the Receptionist handle in a busy month?
  4. Which commitment are you agreeing to, and what happens if you cancel early?
  5. How much of your revenue will go through card payments, and what will that cost you each month?

Where Zome fits

Zome is not field service software. It doesn't do dispatch, routing or technician apps today; those are marked "Soon" on our product pages. Zome is the part that wins the job before it reaches your schedule: your website, your Google presence, reviews, online booking, texting, the AI receptionist and follow-ups.

  • Growth is $299 a month, or $249 a month billed yearly, with no setup fee and no contract.
  • It includes 300 AI receptionist minutes a month. The receptionist takes messages and requests visits for you to confirm.
  • It includes unlimited team accounts.

Some owners run Jobber for the job and Zome for getting found and booked. Others only need one of them. See Zome pricing for what's in each plan, or get a free report on your online presence first.
