Create a plan
- Go to Plans and press New plan.
- Zome starts you with a typical plan for your trade. Set the Plan name, Price, Billed (per year or per month), Visits per year and What's included, one per line.
- Press Create plan.
Active plans show on your website in a Maintenance plans section, each with a Join this plan button. Creating a plan adds that section to your website for you. Press Pause to take a plan off, and Activate to bring it back.
When a customer joins from your website
- The customer presses Join this plan, fills in their details, picks a month for their first visit and presses Ask to join. Nothing is charged online. The page tells them you'll confirm the plan and the first visit with them.
- The sign-up lands in Inbox as a Plan sign-up request, with the plan, its price and the month they picked.
- Once you've confirmed it with them, press Add as member on the request. They become a member, with their first visit due in the month they chose, and the request is marked Won.
Add a member yourself
Under Members on Plans, choose the customer, the plan and the start date, then press Add member.
Visits and reminders
- Members get a reminder with a booking link about three weeks before a visit is due.
- When you mark a job done for a member whose visit is due soon, it counts as that visit, and the next one moves on.
- Press Visit done to record a visit yourself, or Cancel to end a membership.
Zome doesn't charge members for you. Bill them with an invoice. See Invoices, payments and reminders.
