Activity is a list of everything Zome told you about, in one place: new requests, texts, accepted estimates, ratings, missed calls and reminders.
Open it
Press the bell at the top of the page. A count shows how many are new. Entries are grouped under Today, Yesterday and earlier days, and new ones have a New badge. Opening the page marks them all seen.
What you might see
- New requests, texts and missed calls
- Estimates a customer accepted or declined
- Ratings from review requests
- Account events, such as your plan, locations added or removed, and customers you imported
- Your confirmation that imported customers agreed to marketing
- Card payment refunds and disputes. See A customer wants a refund or disputes a payment.
When it's empty
A new account says "Nothing yet". Entries appear as things happen.
