In the app
- Go to Insights.
- Press Monthly report.
- Use the month tabs to move between months. The current month shows as "(month) so far".
It has Where requests came from (how many requests in the month, by source) and Reputation, which covers reviews and your Google rating. A rating you haven't read from Google yet shows "Not read yet".
By email
Monthly report to you is one of your automations, and it's on by default. It goes to your login email once email is connected. Turn it off in Follow-ups under Automations.

Why numbers may look small
Zome counts what it can see: your website, your Zome number, bookings through tagged links and requests you add. A customer who calls your old number isn't counted unless you add it. The real number can be higher.
