When it's empty
A new account shows "Your numbers start here". Share your website link and put it on your Google profile. Visits, calls and requests show up within minutes.
Make it useful
Mark jobs done with the amount, so job value is real. Ask new customers how they found you and set Where did they find you? on requests you add. See How do I see where a request came from?.
