Only the account owner can share results. Nothing is shared unless you approve it.
Choose your numbers
- Go to Insights and press Share your results.
- Pick a period: The last 90 days, The last 6 months or Since joining Zome. A period never starts before you joined.
- Untick any number you'd rather keep to yourself. The numbers come straight from your records: requests from customers, jobs booked and finished, customers who rated a job and their average, customers who went on to review you on Google, your online health score before and after Zome, and your Google rating today. Numbers that are zero or missing aren't offered.
- If you like, add a few words of your own and your name and role, as you want them shown. Tick Link to my website to add a link.
- Tick the permission box and press See the story.
Approve it
You see the exact story, word for word. Press Approve for zome.io if it's right, Change it to start again, or Discard to delete the draft. The Zome team is told when you approve, adds it to the Customer stories page on zome.io, and marks it On zome.io.
Zome shows only those words and numbers, with your business name, trade and town. It never adds numbers, results or quotes you didn't approve.
Take it down
Open the story under Your stories and press Withdraw it. The Zome team is told straight away and takes it off zome.io.
