Choose a plan
Open Your plan. You'll see the plans side by side, priced for your country, with Monthly and Yearly billing.
- Before you choose, everything is switched on while you get set up.
- Press Choose (or Switch to) on a plan. Only the account owner can.
- The Zome team confirms the plan with you and sends your first invoice before anything is charged.

This month's usage
This month shows two meters. They start again on the 1st, in your time zone.
- AI receptionist minutes: each call counts as at least a minute and is rounded up.
- Campaign texts: text campaigns and win-back texts. Replies, confirmations, reminders and job updates never count.

Before a plan is active, you get Growth's allowances while you set up.
When you reach a limit
Zome tells you when you've used 80%, and again at 100%.
- Receptionist minutes used up: calls you miss get your missed-call text instead of the receptionist, until the 1st.
- Campaign texts used up: text campaigns wait until next month. A text campaign won't send if there aren't enough texts left for everyone, so send it by email or wait. Win-back notes go by email when there's an address.
Email campaigns, reminders and replies keep sending either way.
