Invite someone
- Go to Settings and scroll to Team.
- In Invite by email, enter their email and press Create invite.
- Once email is connected, Zome emails them the link. You can always press Copy link and send it yourself.
The link works once, for that email address, for 7 days. They open it, then create their account or log in.
What your team can do
Staff see and work requests, jobs and customers. Only the owner can:
- invite or remove people
- change the business email that gets new request alerts
- connect or remove a domain
- unpublish the website
- choose the plan
- export the customer list or delete a customer
- close the account
Cancel an invite or remove someone
- Press Cancel next to an invite that hasn't been used.
- Press Remove next to a teammate to take away their access.
