Download your customer list
In Customers, press Export. You get a CSV file with each customer's name, phone, email, address and notes, whether and when they agreed to marketing, when they unsubscribed, where they came from and when they were added. Only the account owner can export.
Close your account
Only the owner can close the account.
- Download your customer list first if you want to keep it.
- Go to Settings and scroll to Close your account.
- Type your business name exactly as shown.
- Press Close my account.
What happens
- Your website, customers, requests, jobs, messages and photos are deleted for good. It can't be undone.
- Your website goes offline straight away.
- Any custom domain is released, so you can point it somewhere else. The domain stays yours at your registrar.
- You're logged out.
