Your business's own details in Settings are your main location. Add the others under Locations in Settings. Only the account owner can add or change them.
Add a location
- Go to Settings and press Locations.
- Enter the town, and the name customers know it by if that's different, then press Add location.
- Fill in its phone and address, and press Save location.
Each extra location is $149 a month on Growth or $249 on Done-for-you, as on the pricing page. It goes on the invoice we confirm with you.
What each location gets
- Its own page on your website, with its address, phone, hours, services and the towns it serves, and the details Google reads for a local business. A Locations page lists them all, and it's added to your menu. You can rename or hide it in Website, under Pages and menu.
- Its own hours and booking times. Tick This location keeps its own hours and set them, and enter its time windows. Leave them alone to use your main ones.
- Its towns. Tick the towns served from it.
- Its Google profile. Press Find it on Google and pick the right one.
- Its own Zome number, if you ask the Zome team. Calls ring that location's phone, a missed call gets a text back with that location's booking link, and texts you send to those customers come from that number.
Booking and your Inbox
When you have more than one location, the booking form starts with a choice of location. The days and times shown follow that location's hours and windows. Each request shows its location in your Inbox, and you can filter the Inbox by location.
Your booking limit per time window counts all locations together.
