What changes
These pages show in Spanish:
- the booking form and the page after it
- each customer's own page
- estimates and invoices
- review requests
- the unsubscribe page
The automatic texts and emails go out in Spanish too: the instant reply, booking confirmations, the reminder the day before, on-my-way texts, estimate and invoice messages and their follow-ups, review requests, service reminders and plan messages. Missed-call texts use your main language, because Zome doesn't know the caller yet.
English and Spanish
With both, the booking form and customer pages have an English · Español switch. A customer who books in Spanish gets their texts in Spanish from then on, and they can change it on their own page. You can also set it yourself: open the customer and choose Language for their texts and pages.
What stays as you wrote it
Zome never translates what you write: service names and descriptions, notes, offers, your announcement, and your own wording for the instant reply or the missed-call text. If you write your own wording, write it the way you want customers to read it. Your website pages stay in English for now.
Texts in Spanish still say to reply STOP to opt out, because that's the word phone carriers act on. Zome also stops texting anyone who replies PARAR, ALTO, CANCELAR, BAJA or DETENER.
