Every review request ends with a button that opens your Google review form. Zome needs the link to that form.
If you picked your business from Google when you ran the free scan, the link may already be there. Look for the Added badge.
Copy your link from Google
- Open Google Maps, or search for your business on Google, while signed in as the owner of your Business Profile.
- Choose Ask for reviews (or Share review form).
- Copy the link.
Add it to Zome
- Go to Google and listings.
- Find Google review link and paste your link into Review link.
- Press Save link. The badge changes from Missing to Added.
If you see "That doesn't look like a Google link", copy the link again from Google. Zome accepts Google links, like ones that start with https://g.page/ or https://maps.app.goo.gl/.
Where it's used
- In every review request, after the customer rates the job.
- On your leave-behind cards, as a QR code (Reviews, then Leave-behind cards).
Without the link, customers can still rate the job, but they can't go on to review you on Google. Reviews shows a reminder until you add it.
