The basics
- Month to month. There is no contract and no minimum term.
- No setup fee. Setup is done for you and included.
- No cut of your jobs. Zome never charges per job, per lead or per booking.
- Monthly or yearly. Yearly billing is a way of paying, not a longer commitment, and saves up to 20%. You can still cancel any time.
- Prices are in US or Canadian dollars, before tax. They only change with at least 60 days' written notice. See Pricing.
Choose or change your plan
Open Your plan. Only the account owner can choose or change the plan. Press Choose on a plan, or Switch to another.
- The Zome team confirms the plan with you and sends your first invoice before anything is charged.
What you see on Your plan
The status card tells you when your plan started and how it's paid. This month shows your usage. See Your plan, usage and monthly limits.
Founding partner rates
If you joined at a founding partner rate, it stays locked while you stay subscribed.
Questions about a bill
If you think an invoice is wrong, tell us within 30 days of receiving it, and pay any part you don't dispute. We'll work with you in good faith. Contact us from Ask the Zome team or the contact page.
