Your account is always in one of four states. Your plan shows which.
| State | What it means |
|---|---|
| Active | You have a plan. Your plan's allowances apply. |
| Trial | A free trial with an end date. Texting, the AI receptionist and campaigns are included with Growth's allowances. |
| Lapsed | The trial or plan ended. |
| Preview | You haven't had a trial or plan yet. |
What's always on
Building and previewing your website is free in every state. In the lapsed and preview states your website and your requests keep working.
What pauses when there's no plan or trial
Texting, the AI receptionist and campaigns turn off. A banner on Zome says so:
- Trial ending soon (5 days or fewer): "Your free trial ends in (number) days. Choose a plan to keep texting, the AI receptionist and campaigns included."
- Trial ended: "Your trial has ended. Choose a plan to get texting, the AI receptionist and campaigns included again. Your website and requests keep working."
- Preview: "Texting, the AI receptionist and campaigns are off until your account is approved or you choose a plan. Your website and requests keep working."
Press Choose a plan in the banner. Automatic texts due after the trial ended wait for you in Follow-ups instead of sending.
How a trial starts
The Zome team can start a trial for your account. Ask in Ask the Zome team if you'd like to try the features before choosing a plan. Your plan then shows the days left.
First publish
