These are the terms of the service agreement in plain words. If the two ever differ, the agreement is what counts.
Cancel
- Contact us through the contact page or at the support email address we gave you, or press Manage billing on Your plan once your plan is on card billing.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you've already paid for. You won't be charged anything further, and there is no cancellation fee.
- Until the period ends you keep read and export access.
To end your account straight away and delete your data, see Export your data or close your account.
30-day money-back
If you ask within 30 days of your first payment, we refund that first payment in full, no questions asked. We end your plan when we refund it. Ask the same way as above.
Yearly plans
If you cancel a yearly plan early, we refund the unused whole months, at the monthly price you actually paid (your yearly amount divided by 12). Your plan runs to the end of the month of service you're in on the day you cancel.
Other refunds
We also refund prepaid fees where the agreement says so: for a service we change or end, a service that falls short, or where the law requires it. Refunds go back to your original payment method and can take 5 to 10 business days to appear at your bank.
After you cancel
- Paid features stop at the end of the period you paid for.
- Your website stays online for at least 30 days after that, so customers can still reach you, and we'll email you before it comes down.
- Export your customers, requests, invoices, jobs and more first. See How do I export my records?.
- Your domain stays yours.
Members who pay you by card
