Press Ask Zome at the top of the menu (on a phone, the sparkle at the top of the screen). A panel opens on the side.

The top of the panel lists what's waiting on you, most pressing first:
- requests nobody has answered yet, and customers who texted back
- estimates a customer opened but hasn't answered after two days
- invoices past their due date
- finished jobs from the last two weeks with no review request
- plan members due for a visit in the next 30 days
- follow-up messages ready to send
Tap one to go straight there. These come from your records and work without AI.
Ask a question
Type a question, or tap one of the examples, like Who should I call back first? or Where did last month's jobs come from?. Ask Zome answers from your own records in Zome: your requests, estimates, invoices, jobs, plans, reviews and website visits from the last 30 days. If your records don't answer the question, it says so and points you to the right page.
Drafting a reply
Ask Help me reply to my newest request (or name the customer). Ask Zome writes a short text using only what the customer told you. Press Open it to send: the request opens with the draft in the text box. Read it, change anything, then send it yourself.
Ask Zome never sends, books or changes anything for you.
