Every Zome design links to a Privacy page at the bottom of each page. The booking form and the plan sign-up form link to it too, next to the line about texts.
What it tells customers
- What we collect: the details they give when they book or get in touch, and their number and messages when they call or text. Page views and taps on your website are counted with no cookies and no advertising trackers.
- How we use it: to answer requests, book and confirm visits, send updates, estimates and invoices, and ask how the job went. Reminders and offers only go to customers who ask for them.
- Texts from us: they can reply STOP to stop texts or HELP for help. Mobile numbers and texting consent are never shared or sold for marketing.
- Who else sees it: you never sell their information. Zome and its texting and email providers handle their details only to provide the service.
- Your choices and Contact: how to ask what you hold about them, correct it or delete it.
Keep it accurate
The page uses your business name, address, phone and email from Settings. Keep those up to date and the page follows. You can't change its wording in the editor.
Customers who want to see, fix or delete their details will contact you at the phone or email shown. If you need help with a request like that, ask the Zome team.
