How do I confirm my email?

Open the confirmation link we email you. A confirmed email unlocks campaigns and codes for two-step sign-in.

In the app: Home, Settings and the confirm page1 min read
  1. On Home press Send link, or on the Confirm your email page press Email me a link.
  2. Open the email "Confirm your email for Zome" and tap the link. It works for 24 hours.
  3. You'll see Email confirmed.

If it says This link didn't work, press Send a new link. If the link expired: "This link has expired. Ask for a new one."

Why it matters

If you never get the email

Check spam and the address under Settings, Your account. If email sending isn't connected on Zome's side yet, the message can't go out. Write to us and we'll help.
