I was invited to a team. How do I join?

Open the invite link, create your account and see the team's requests, jobs and customers. The link works once, for 7 days.

An owner can invite staff from Settings. If you got an invite:

  1. Open the link in the email. It works once, for that email address, for 7 days.
  2. Press Create account and join (or log in if you already have an account made with that email).
  3. You'll see the team's requests, jobs and customers. Only the owner manages the team.

If it says the invite ended

"The link has expired or was already used." Ask the owner to send a new invite from Settings.

Use a separate account

A Zome login can belong to one business. If your account already belongs to another business you'll be asked to use a separate account for this team, with a different email.
