When two-step sign-in is on and you log in on a phone or computer Zome doesn't know, we email a 6-digit code to your login email. Browsers you choose to remember skip the code for 30 days.
Turn it on
- Confirm your login email first. See How do I confirm my email?.
- Go to Settings and find Security.
- Press Turn on two-step sign-in.
The badge shows Two-step on. It needs email sending to be connected: until then you'll see "Available once email is connected."
Logging in
You'll see Check your email: "We sent a 6-digit code…". Enter it. If it expired or you got it wrong too often, press the link to send a new code.
Turn it off
Enter Your password, to turn it off and press Turn off. It is always on for Zome staff accounts.
Remembered browsers
Forget them all makes every browser ask for a code again.
Lost a phone?
Log out everywhere logs you out of Zome on every device, this one included. Do it, then change your password.
