How do I let the Zome team see my account?

Allow read-only access for 24 hours so we can see what you see when you ask for help. End it any time.

In the app: Settings, Let the Zome team see your account1 min read

When you ask us for help, we may need to see what you see. This lets the Zome team open your dashboard read only. They can't change, send or download anything. It ends by itself after 24 hours.

Allow it

  1. Go to Settings and find Let the Zome team see your account.
  2. Press Allow for 24 hours.
  3. The note shows "On until (time)".

End it

Press End it now.

See who looked

The section lists each time someone from Zome looked at your account.

This is separate from asking for help: start in Ask the Zome team.
