Reset your password
- On the login page press Forgot your password?
- Enter the email you log in with and press Send the link.
- Open the email "Reset your Zome password". The link works once, for one hour.
- Choose a new password (at least 10 characters) and press Save and log in.
If the link expired, press Send a new link.
Or skip the password
Press Email me a sign-in link, enter your email and press Email me a link. The link logs you in, works once, and lasts 15 minutes. Zome shows "You're logging in as (name)": press Log in.
If you don't get the email
Check spam. If several are on their way already, you'll see "Several links are on their way already. Check your inbox and spam folder, or try again in an hour." After many tries you'll be asked to wait 15 minutes.
New computer or phone
If two-step sign-in is on, a 6-digit code goes to your email too. See How do I turn on two-step sign-in?.
