Once your Zome number is set up, every call to it appears in Inbox on the Calls tab. Until then you'll see a note and a Phone settings button.
What each row shows
The outcome: Answered, Missed, Assistant took a message or Assistant put it through. If the receptionist recorded the call, you can play it from the row.
What you can do
- Request: open the request created from the call.
- Customer: open the customer, if they're known.
- Add as request: turn a call into a request you can work.
A call the assistant took
The request shows a card called The call with what was said and a note: "Written from speech, so names and addresses can be misheard. Check them when you call back." The card is shown for calls the assistant took.
Not seeing calls?
Calls show once the Zome number is set up and your phone forwards unanswered calls to it. Test by calling your own number from another phone and not answering: the call should appear in Inbox on Calls. See Your Zome number and missed-call text back and The AI receptionist.
