After a job is marked done, the customer gets a text or email with a link. This is what it opens.
The page
- The heading asks How did (your business) do? and says "Tap a star. Your answer goes straight to the owner."
- They tap 1 to 5 stars.
- They can write a comment (optional). A box lets them agree that you may show their comment with their first name on your website. It is unticked until they choose.
- They press Send.
After they send
They see Thank you. If you've added your Google review link, they're asked "Would you share your experience on Google?" with a Leave a Google review button. Without the link, they see "Your feedback goes straight to (your business)."
Fair to every customer
Everyone gets the same request and the same Google link, whatever their rating. Google doesn't allow filtering out unhappy customers, and neither does Zome.
What you see
Ratings are private feedback to you. Find them in Reviews under Requests and feedback. Public reviews live on Google. With the checkbox ticked, you can press Show on your website on a rating to display it.
For timing and the reminder, see Review requests and private ratings.
