Your website can show your real Google rating. Zome never filters or edits it: it shows the real average and the reviews Google lists first, each linked back to Google.
Turn it on or off
- Go to Reviews and find Your Google rating on your website.
- The badge says On your website or Not shown.
- Press Show on website or Hide from website.
Zome shows it on its own at 4.0 or better from five or more reviews. You can show it anyway.
Keep it fresh
Press Refresh (or Read it now the first time) to read your rating from Google. Google's terms let Zome keep a rating for 30 days, so it is hidden until it is read again.
If it says "Find your Google profile first"
Zome reads your rating from your Google profile. Link it under Google and listings with How does the Google profile check work?.
Not your reviews list
Reviews on Google on the same page lists the reviews Google shares with Zome. Until Zome's access to Business Profiles is switched on, Google shares up to five, so it isn't every review. See What can Zome do with my Google profile today?.
