A new profile has to be verified before it is fully shown. This happens on Google, not in Zome. Zome can't speed it up, and nobody can promise how long it takes.
How Google verifies
Google decides which way to offer you. It may ask for a short video, a postcard, a phone call or text, or an email. It varies by business and can change, so follow the options Google shows you.
Have these ready
- A phone that can record video.
- Your business name.
- Things that show you run the business: your vehicle or equipment, a job site or your workspace, and something with the business name on it, like a business card, an invoice or a license.
A video is usually taken in one go, so have everything close by before you start.
If Google mails a postcard
It can take several days to arrive, and it needs an address where you can receive mail. Keep the code safe and enter it in your profile when the postcard comes.
Google has the final say
Google reviews every request. If it asks for more, give it what it asks for.
After you verify
Paste your profile's link into Zome. See Create your Google Business Profile. Then work through the profile checklist.
