The Google rating on your website is the real one. It is your live average, your review count and the reviews Google lists first, each with its author and a link back to Google. Zome doesn't filter it, edit it or pick the good ones.
When it shows
- By default, when your rating is 4.0 or better from five or more reviews.
- You can show it anyway, or hide it, with Show on website or Hide from website on Reviews.
When it hides itself
Google's terms let Zome keep a rating for 30 days, so it is hidden until it is read again. Zome refreshes it weekly. Press Refresh to read it now.
No review markup
Zome doesn't add review-star markup to your pages. Google ignores self-hosted review stars for local businesses, and Zome won't pretend otherwise.
It is not the same as customer comments
Customer comments are words your customers wrote to you, shown only after you confirm they are real. They are not Google reviews and are not marked up as Google reviews. See How do I add customer comments to my website?.
What you should do
Ask every customer for a review, the same way. See Why Zome never gates your reviews. Then let the real rating speak.
If it asks you to find your profile
Link your Google profile first. See How does the Google profile check work?.
