The editor shows your real website. You change it where you see it, not in a form.
Change words
- Go to Website and press Edit website.
- Click the words you want to change, like your headline, and type.
- Click somewhere else when you're done. The status at the top says Saving… and then Draft saved.
Your changes are a draft. Visitors keep seeing the published version until you press Publish changes.
The section toolbar
Select a section and a small toolbar shows its name and these buttons:
- Move up and Move down
- Edit settings, which opens that section's settings in the side panel
- Change photo, on the hero and the About section
- Hide section
- Duplicate section, on sections where a second copy makes sense, like a photo gallery or a call to action
- Remove section. The hero can't be removed.
A hidden section shows a bar that says it is hidden, with a Show button.
Add a section between two others
Between sections there is an Add section button. It opens the section library. See How do I add a section from the library?.
On a phone
The top bar has Page and Design. Page is the site itself, where you tap to edit. Design is the side panel with sections, design and photos.
Made a mistake?
Use Undo at the top. See How do I undo or bring back something I removed?.
