A domain can be connected to only one Zome account at a time. If you try to connect one that already is, Zome doesn't just refuse. If it's really yours, you can claim it.
Claim it
- On the Domain tab you'll see "(your domain) is connected to another Zome account", and a table with a TXT record.
- Add that TXT record where you manage your domain's DNS. See Where do I add DNS records at my registrar?.
- Wait a few minutes.
- Press It's mine, check the record.
If the record is there, the domain moves to your account, and you add the other records as usual.
Press Cancel if you didn't mean to.
Who can do this
Only the account owner can connect, claim or remove a domain.
It says "That domain is already connected to another Zome site"
This is the same situation from a different route. Use the claim steps above, or ask the Zome team.
