The Domain tab also shows these steps: open Where do I add these? Steps for GoDaddy, Namecheap and others. Registrars rename their menus now and then, so if a name has changed, look for "DNS", "Manage DNS", "DNS Records" or "Advanced DNS".

Somewhere else, or not sure?
Open your domain's settings where you pay for it and look for "DNS", "Manage DNS", "DNS Records" or "Advanced DNS", then "Add record". Not sure where you bought it? Search your email for the yearly renewal receipt.
